Kody is a senior engineer with Phoenix Noise & Vibration and joined the team in June of 2013. He previously worked for a large government contractor providing support for the design of improved telecommunications infrastructure on U.S. Army military bases. With Phoenix Noise & Vibration he consults on a large variety of projects; including but not limited to, transportation noise analysis, railway vibration analysis, acoustical review of building plans, and on-site acoustical testing according to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. He is proficient in using acoustical programs such as CadnaA, EASE, and INSUL, as well as AutoCAD and Sketchup. Currently, Kody is the primary lead for projects focusing on tenant fit-outs (e.g. restaurant, bar, and fitness spaces) and projects that require acoustical field testing. Kody graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
