Gloria joined Phoenix Noise & Vibration in April 2006 bringing with her over 30 years of business management, HR Staffing and business marketing experience. She is a member in good standing of SHRM, The Society for Human Resource and Management. Gloria wears many hats as Manager of Business Operations that support the engineering and technical staff while managing growth and business operations. Her sphere ranges from managing all bookkeeping, financial planning, and addressing human resource needs to spearheading and organizing company marketing, advertising, and tradeshow events. She also serves as Treasurer to the company.
