Matthew Foster joined Phoenix Noise & Vibration in 2023 after graduating from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a concentration in materials. He has previously worked as a testing technician for a manufacturer of large-scale professional audio systems and aims to further his knowledge and experience in testing and modeling of sound propagation in both indoor and outdoor environments.

He is learning Spanish in his free time.
